CARBON FIBER MATERIAL AND FORGED CARBON FIBER FOR MECHANICAL WATCH

As we all know, Carbon fiber is a material with ultra-light and almost unbreakable, it is common used for aircraft and spaceflight.
Carbon fiber is more and more popular in the Timepieces. It is lighter than any metal, high scratch-resistant and has an interesting structure that is making each watch unique. However, the processing of making carbon fiber is complex and intricate. Carbon is made from synthetic resin threads with a small diameter. Tiny carbon fibers with a diameter of just seven-thousandths of a millimeter are incorporated into the resin. Yes, we use 2 differents carbon fiber material for Watch field. Piece of carbon fiber with wave pattern in a transparent top layer. It made up of an interesting mix of various shades of grey and black that at different angles in sunlight, some lines, swirls and areas can catch the light and reflect a graphite-colored sparkle or sheen, which can be quite mesmerizing. Normally it would be used for Watch Dial. its glossy surface, uniform cross-weave pattern may have a slight 3D texture and can be very decorative, filling a similar function to guilloche pattern. see below. Another is forged carbon fiber, Forged carbon fiber is a lightweight and durable material that is created by compressing carbon fibers under high pressure and temperature. This process results in a unique pattern that gives the material its distinctive look. some patterns in horizontal stripe, some in vertical stripe and some in snowflake pattern on Watch Case, Watch Bezel and Watch Band. Its unique pattern adds a touch of modernity and uniqueness to the watch's design.
